So, if I create a request for quotation and submit it, the emails never arrive. If I open the specific request for quotation and click the “ … ” menu and click Email, then Send, the emails arrive in about 1 minute or less. Which is fine. Seems to me that when I hit submit, shouldn’t the system automatically send the request?
All the supplier information is correct along with the items. The Send email box is checked.
I have one email account setup, and it works. It says in Email Account > (myemail@whatever.com): Default Sending and Inbox. I assume this means it’s the default for everything. Although there is one thing that puzzles me and I tried to google it but no real response. It says the Status for the account is Default sending and… but when you hover over the blue text it says, “Document is in draft state”. What does this mean?
