Automatically creating multiple user permissions with different values for single user

Is there any way to create multiple user permissions for a specific user by automation(i.e instead of creating user permissions each time manually for a certain value, can it be created automatically based on some triggers)?

So, you can easily create permissions programatically from a server script, triggered user form event.
