Average cost for all warehouses as one

Hello greetings,
I want to know if erpnext can be configured to calculate the average cost for all warehouses as one, need a single average cost.

Or failing that, do I just need to modify stock_ledger.py?

Yes, you need to customize that, most likely in stock_ledger.py.
