A. About the average deal value dashboard

  1. Why aren’t the “average won deal” and “average deal” values ​​automatically updated with the product value data I entered in the deals?
  2. Where does the average value come from?
  3. I’ve tried the “enable forecasting” option and manually input the deal value, but nothing changes in the dashboard.
  4. Lastly, I tried using “create quotation,” but the value didn’t update in the CRM dashboard.

How can I ensure that when I input the product and price for each deal, the average deal value on the dashboard is automatically updated?

B. About lost reasons
How can I change the lost reasons I’ve entered for deals with lost status? It’s not a lost type, but I want to see the full list of reasons for each lost deal.
