AWS E-Mail Pull

A particular installation of ERPNext, which is on AWS, but which was restored from another instance of ERPNext is giving trouble pulling EMails from Gmail. Configuration settings all seem to be okay. However, not working on this instance of ERPNext. Another instance of ERPNext on AWS is able to pull E-Mails from the same E-Mail account, so it seems to be a problem with this AWS Server or setting. Any thoughts about how to figure out what could be wrong?

@JayRam,

Can you please check if the Enabled Incoming option in checked in Email Account.

If yes, please check Error Log and see if there is any error occurred while pulling the mail. Filter the Error log by method, like, %receive.%.

I think AWS requires you to open additional ports via their web UI

All outbound ports are open. But wait a sec these are inbound ports, right?
