Background Jobs/Scheduler Broken [v12.12.0]

After updating to v12.12.0 which fixed the Cost Center issue for Journals, there seems to be an issue with tasks run by scheduler.

  • Email Notifications: Email Alerts are no longer being generated for workflows while email alerts triggered from actions like backups get stuck in email queue unless manually flushed.

  • Scheduled backup has stopped functioning and Dropbox backup has stopped working altogether.

Can these issues be looked at and resolved?
