Backport IFRS Report Template Support to ERPNext Version 15

Hello Frappe Community,

I am excited to share a new open-source backport that brings IFRS-style accounting report template support from newer ERPNext versions to ERPNext Version 15.

This project was built to help Version 15 users get access to IFRS-oriented reporting capabilities without waiting for a full platform upgrade. It is packaged as a separate app, so it can be installed across multiple sites and improved independently.

What this backport adds:

1. IFRS-focused report template framework support for Version 15

2. Template-driven financial report rendering

3. IFRS template options for key financial statements

4. Compatibility approach designed for existing ERPNext Version 15 environments
