Badges, Previous Look and Side bar in version 12

Hello;

I am trying version 12, how to display Badges on main desktop and at the menus? Below are images that explain about what I am asking.

Also, how can I switch or use the previous erpnext look (same as version 11 and 10) at least for the desktop?

Sidebar will not be shown any more in version 12?
