Balance sheet showing inaccurate data

Hi, I am looking at balance sheet, where there are some values on an account on previous year.

I am checking on general ledger, there are no transaction on that account, on that specified years.

It should not have transaction on account number 3101 on year 2018 and 2019.

how can I get more accurate balance sheet report?

that missing voucher on general ledger comes from opening entry voucher. I have to check “Show opening Entries” on general ledger to show it.
