Bank Statement Settings menu missing

Hi,
I am not able to find Bank Statement Settings doctype menu under accounting module why?

Note, I can find it from the awesome bar.

My question is why many doctype exist but not shown in the menu? any specific reason for that?

I am worry that similar doctype are not released yet and they are under development? Am I Correct?

similarly all below doctypes doesn’t show anywhere in the menus?

Bank Statement Transaction Entry
Bank Statement Settings
Bank Account
Bank

Are these doctypes still under development? They appear in the Menu now but still seem unfinished
