I get the message “Batch Number is Mandatory for Item…” when trying to create a delivery note from a sales order. I already have stock transactions so its not possible to remove the Has Batch number option. How can i fix this?
@kariuki, your item is configured to “Have a batch number”, so in the delivery note do you need entry the batch number!
The another way is “disabling” this option in the item.
@max_morais_dmm … even with that done I still get the same message. It started when I upgraded my system.
