Bench backup takes only database files or python code changes also?

Hi folks,
I did bench backup.

My question is what will be downloaded?
Only Database files or the changes made in code and customizations will also be downloaded?

Only the database and files will be backed up, no changes in the code will be backed up.

Use git to manage your changes.
