Bench: command not found after installing bench

try to install bench using
sudo pip3 install frappe-bench and pip3 install frappe-bench (run both the commands)
and then try bench --version or sudo bench --version

worked for me

sudo -H python3 -m pip install frappe-bench
this worked for me.
but after this also when i bench init frappe-bench

this happens
