Bench restart doesn't work after update bench

After receiving notice on bench that there is update to 5.4.1, I update the bench.
But now I can’t do bench restart to restart the background workers.
Anybody else also experience this?

how did you resolve this @rahy?

Honestly I forgot. And it might even be on different version.
As far as I remember, I tried to re-setup the supervisor because the background workers are managed by the supervisor.
