Bench start - connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:12002

I’m having problems when running bench start I get the following error:

I changed localhost to 127.0.0.1 on sites/common_site_config.json

Have you changed port as per your sites/common_site_config.json ?
Please check port in below config file.

    sudo nano frappe-bench/config/redis_queue.conf
    sudo nano frappe-bench/config/redis_socketio.conf
    sudo nano frappe-bench/config/redis_cache.conf

for above error

sudo nano /etc/supervisor/supervisord.conf

Add 2 line under unix_http_server
[unix_http_server]
chmod = 0760
chown = frappe:frappe

sudo -A systemctl restart supervisor
chmod -R o+rx /home/barcelo

I have installed bench 5.16.4 and it works correctly!!, with version 5.17.0 the file config/redis_socketio.conf does not appear
there are only:

/config/redis_queue.conf
/config/redis_cache.conf

About supervisor…
