Bench update with error -> ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8080

Hi
since today i got an error, when i try to update erpnext →

info There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying…

error An unexpected error occurred: “https://registry.yarnpkg.com/frappe-datatable/-/frappe-datatable-1.17.15.tgz: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8080”

Manually I can downlaod the file, also the git downloads before that are working fine…

Has someone an idea what the reason could be and how to fix it?
