Biomatric machine integration zktecho

can anyone provide me solution or any guide about configuring zkteco biomatric attendance machine integration …actulay my machine is present on different locations and connected with different networks…and my physical server is present on seprate location…only data is sync for one machine which is presnt near to the server location and both machine and server internet conection are same …but i am unable to fetch data for other machines which is present on different location and connect with different networks…its almost two weeks i stuck in this problem if anyone now solution please guide me Thanks

1- Check if port 4370 is open on the public IP address of the ZK machine Network.
2- check the error logs in your log file.
3-make sure that the employees ID numbers matches exactly with the ID assigned in the ZK device.
