Hi Now implementing biometric integration successfully it fetches data correctly after some time it wont fetch my pull frequency is 15 and also i tried 30 mins whether i need to scheduler the cron to run the erpnext_sync.py file ?
go to → shift type–> there you will find the field called Last Sync of Checkin set date and time now and run erpnext_sync.py file.
Hi @ganureddy Thanks for your reply, Now the sync is achieved, i dont know the function for Last Sync of Checkin, could you please explain the functionality ? whether it shows the last sync of biometric time ? but in my case the filed is empty even the sync completed.
