Birthday Notification sent for employee that has left

Hi,

Today we received a birthday reminder for an employee who’s status was set as ‘Left’ 5 months ago

Is this a bug?

Are you sure that employee status is set as Leave not Active !!
if you are not sure select Leave again and save the employee form

Hi,
Would be great to take the chance and maybe add a filter to either send to only Employees (assuming has an email on his form) or to all Users as it is now.
