Birthday & Work Anniversary Notifications Not Working Across Multiple Companies

We have a multi-company setup and the HR user has User Permissions for all companies.

Previously, Birthday and Work Anniversary notifications were showing employees from all companies. Now they only show employees from the user’s default company.

Has anyone faced this issue or knows what could be causing it?

i am also facing same issue like this , there is one HR but company are 4 , HR is in company 2 in employee.
so she is getting birthday and anniversaries notification only for company 2 not for company 1, 3 and 4 . but i have given hr the permission of all the company from user permission . first i was working fine and properly but not it stop can help me in this issue. and now she is getting notification for company 2 and 3 but not 1 and 4 but she has the permission of all 4

Maybe the HR has been restrcited to a specific company

first its was working properly now its has stop ?
