Blank screen after user login

Hi,

pls find the screen shot of the error for a particular user.

after login he get a blank page.

pls help.

Did you change any configuration recently for that user?

Hi,

we have not changed any configuration for that user. we just tried to login with that user in our client’s place, it got hanged, we terminated the browser. the next day when we tried to login in our office it showed blank screen.

pls help.
