Blocked account

Hello , I have an admin user on ERPNext free cloud version. After I tried to recover my password i had a succesfull message . I used Safari from Iphone 4 for login and finaly my account was automaticaly deleted without any succesfull login in program ?!?

I have a wonderful message on my screen that tell me than my account don’t exist.
I used ERPNext one week and I want to work but now I can’t access my account .

Is it possible be automaticaly reactivated ?

My account was reactivated after 24 hours after it was blocked , i don’t know if a person or a scheduled task did it .
