We used the ERPNext support module earlier, so the transition was relatively simpler. If you are looking forward to implement but are stuck / or have implemented it, please share your experience too!
We currently have started using ERPNext for our Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Accounts departments.
Can Frappe Helpdesk integrate with the already existing data in ERPNext like contacts and customers? Or the customers/contacts database of Frappe Heldesk is completely isolated and different from ERPNext.
Btw, Frappe Support looks promising and we would love to use it if it syncs data with ERPNext.
