The configuration of BOM is still not getting sorted out

what i need
item AL-6081-D50XL3660-BRM comes in 3660 mm length
it cuts out to 146 nos – SM-FC-CTG-WIP (defined in bom)
i have created bom for all the above
AL-6081-D50XL3660-BRM - valuation rate 6600 Rs
SM-FC-CTG-WIP - ₹ 3.0 per cutting
SM-FC-CNC-WIP - ₹ 60.0 for cnc machining
SM-FC-HAZ-WIP - ₹ 40.0 for Anodizing
so put to gather, the total cost for SM-FC-HAZ-WIP is
(6600/146) + 3 + 60 + 40 = ₹ 148.20
Iam not able to get this
could somebody help me do this
