Any book recommendations for the concepts around ERP and implementation strategy apart from ERPNext documentation.
As far as I know, the only documentation for implementation is the user manual, so it helps to explain the concepts, but not really the strategy and planning of all the project tasks, so that resources and responsibilities can be assigned and scheduled, monitored etc. I have some examples of plans that exist for other systems, but they would have to be adapted to erpnext. Maybe the community can share what they have been using. (I can’t seem to figure out how to attach PDF files here).
