Bug on Portals or not?

I am playing with Web Forms and Portals and I found a bug.

So, I created a new Web Form and I disabled “Allow Edit” .

Also on columns I checked Read-Only. And when I open portal the “Save” button is not disabled.

I edited the field with Inspect Element and Submitted and it created 2 new records. (Duplicated them)

Cleared browser’s cache?

Yes. The Save button does not dissapear
