[BUG] [v12] Possible bug in Permission Manager for creation of document if we check the Only if Creator Checkbox

Basically if we allow a user to create a document but if we click on the check box Only if Creator then the user is not allowed to create the document and gets a user permission error.

Can anyone else confirm this?
