BUG (V13.7): "Allow User to Edit Price List Rate in Transactions" in Selling setting

When we enable the option of “Allow User to Edit Price List Rate in Transactions” in Selling Settings. It is supposed to allow us to edit the list price in the Sales order items. However, we are always not able to edit the list price of item 1, but we can edit the list price of item 2 onwards.

I am using v13.7.0 now.

Just updated to v13.9 and seeing the same behavior. It’s just the starting row that is there when a new order is created. Any rows that are created by the user allow price list to be edited.

Seeing it for quotation too so I’d assume everything on the selling side.
