Bulk Leave policy assignment based on joining date

Hi ,
I’m trying to apply leave policy for multiple employees at once .
Whenever I use “Bilk Leave Policy assignment” option ,
I can’t Select “Based on Joining Date” under “Assignment Based On” Field.

Do I have to apply the Policy assignment manually ?

I attempted to implement this scenario, such as applying ‘Effective From’ and ‘Effective To’. After that Leave allocation is created but I get 0 Leaves. So I’m not able to allocate leaves automatically to the employees.
