Bulk Print format does not work as per the format

I have created a custom print format for printing the salary slips. It works completely fine when I print single salary slip.
But if I try to bulk print the salary slips using the same format it does not work and changes the complete format.
I have attached the screenshot for the same below.

This may be the issue of wkhtmltopdf. Check Using Flex/CSS with wkhtmltopdf for more details.
