Calendar- daily events can accessed by Manager?

Is it a possible way to access the event list of an employee by manager?

@Chinjuprotech Yes, You can go to Role permission manager → Select Doctype : Event and add the manager role to access the Events in the calendar, else if it is to check the Event list of specific employee : Go to User permissions → Create permission to allow Access to Events and allow for a specific Employee.
