Call recording not working exotel

I could able to make outgoing calls. thru exotel. But the call is not recording.

i have checked the Record outgoing calls checkbox also

Kindly guide

what should be given in this webhook verify token

I tried giving mycrm not worked

it is fetching the url. but it is not playing.
When copied the URL and pasted it in new tab it works when the exotel dashboard is opened in the same chrome browser.

when the link is opened in a new browser or incognito mode the link is not working.
so it seems there is some authorisation needed from exotel to play this url

It is likely that exotel is allowing only certain IP addresses to access the mp3 files. If you are a Exotel heavy user, they won’t allow recorded mp3 files available from any IP address as it may expose user sensitive data.

You need to setup a separate server to download files from Exotel and put it in a separate cloud storage, and put those urls in your CRM.

exotel is allowing access to the url for which the user is logged in to the Exotel dashboard in the same browser.

Now when I hover to the frappe call record and copy audio address and open it in the new tab its working.

But this is not how it is expected to be inside the CRM. Hope the Frappe Team @rmehta has to look into how to get the URL to be used inside frappe CRM without external sigin.

Actually I am trying it after using zoho CRM. where it works fine. May be I don’t know whether I missed out any settings.

But it fetches the audio URL perfectly. thank you.

you have likely whitelisted Zoho CRM’s server ip address.
