Can erpnext be installed in any cloud?

I want to install erpnext on like heroku or pythonanywhere. What is the minimum requirement do i need to be able to install on there

Linux Xeon processor 2 GB RAM KVM type VPS.

Cloud hosting is very diverse. What 1vCPU for Digital Ocean is not the same for Amazon, IBM or Azure, etc. But you for sure need at least 1Gb of RAM. I’ve managed to run a personal instance in a Digital Ocean 5 USD/Month droplet without issues.
