Can I customize the module contents of ERPnext?

Good Day sir,

                   Can I actually customize the contents of modules of ERPNext?. For example I would like to   hide or remove the Time log and Time Batch in the Projects Module.

If you remove permissions, the items will disappear.

Im having this error now, I was installing another erp on another laptop : IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘/home/rd/frappe-bench/logs/bench.log’

That is a separate issue, related to file permission.
