Can I use "Role Permissions" with reports made by Report Builder?

If I create a custom report using the Report Builder, how can I assign role permissions for the new report to be used?

I use role permissions for everything in my live production server (v10.0.14) so I would like to stick with what I know well enough and use the same permission structure for custom reports I create.

I believe you can do it on Role Permission for Page and Report
