Can not Cancel - Submit Doctype After Update - Administrator User

Hello,
after update can not submit or cancel Button appear in Administrator User in Doctype like PO, Sales Order, Sales Invoice and Other… i didnt change any permission or Role

Also,
Other User applied ALL ROLE but did not save and raise this error

please check role permission for sales order any role have permission for cancel sales order or not ?

I checked Every Role and permission it’s default
this happens after bench update
