Hi,
I can find has_expiry_date but no has_batch_no field when setting up row for COPY FIELDS TO VARIANT in the Item Variant Settings.
So whenever i create new variant, Has Batch No option will be ticked off. But after i tick on it, it will be shown that Batch Number Series and Automatically Create New Batch has the same value/state as of the template item.
Is this intended to be so? or there is any setup i missed out?
I think there is a time when it will be best to keep batch number series on the same format for variant derived from template.
With current state it’s impossible to configure the system to do it automatically on variant creation.
