Can not get HTML from "Terrms and Conditions" into my quotation

Hi all,

i’m currently facing the problem that i would like to format my “Terms and Conditions” using HTML.
I can add the HTML Editor into the TC Doctype but i can’t figure out how to fetch the data into the qoutation for example.

This is the view in the quotation(the HTML part is not fetched from the TC doctype)

I’m happy for any thoughts and advice. What am i missing
