So, tried to login as administrator as well as from the personal id, but wasnt able to, shows invalid user.
what may be the reason for this?
this is the login page of the site I am hosting and while running site on local bench i can access it with same credentials

open the frappe cloud , login , then look at the right top corner, 3 dots, there will be an option called login as administrator.
and then check the user list, check the admin and change the username and password as per your need.
