Can we create a ticket in helpdesk via rest api?

Hi team,
I am able to pull all the users and auth user via rest api but not able to raise a new ticket and fetch all raised tickets via rest api.

Any lead will help me to tackle this.

Did you ever figure this out? Iā€™m also interested in being able to raise a new ticket and fetching the tickets via REST API.
