Can we give permission for field like doctype

Hi everyone,

Can anyone know about field permission, is any option is available on erp.

For erp provide a default employee permission available for doctype. Based on employee report to. Is there any way to hide the fields based on the report to?

I tried this one,

This hide based on role. I want based on employee permission.

For example:

I have a field like salary in appraisal, One TL should not see other TL salary. But the form can be viewed by any one.

I am using,

Frappe version - 14
Erpnext Version - 14

custom logic is needed. not possible from the UI side.
