Can we restrict view of payslip module for a user as he can see his own payslips only?

I need to restrict view of payslip module to a particular user to his own. He could see only his own payslips not others.

Can i make it possible through role manager ???

Hi,

Yes this is possible through role permission manager. Just select the doctype salary slip and add only read rule for employee. Screenshot attached:
