Can we transfer leaves from one leave type to another leave type but the leave type is different is this feature available?

My question is like i have two leave type one is ‘earn learn’ and another is ‘earn balance leaves’ so earn leaves is 12 per year in that i used 4 then remaining 6 leaves so this 6 leaves i want to add in ‘earn balance leaves’ leave type
