I have installed insights and print designer on my frappe v15, erpnext v15 on frappe cloud but I cannot find these two apps. The url mysite.frappe.cloud/app/insights is showing an error “app not found”. How do I access frappe insights and print designer?

I resolved the issue by uninstalling Print designer and insights then reinstall them again. Now I can access them. Thank you.
