Cannot Add New Item Directly From Purchase Receipt

Hello,

Using latest version…while creating new item directly on purchase receipt, then got this javascript error:

 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'refresh' of undefined

I don’t have any custom scripts…

A bug?

I can replicate this on demo.erpnext.com. Got same error…once new item’s saved, it’s not added on item table…
Before the new item was added to child item’s table once new item is saved…

Seems fixed now, can you check?

I’ve checked it just now, the error is still there on demo.erpnext.com…
