Cannot Attach Arabic Filename

HI all

When I try to attach a file with Arabic Filename, it seems uploading… but no files are attached.
I can see the following error on browser console. I am using Frappe Framework: v8.0.65 (master).

Please open an issue on github for this. There is already a similar report on the forum so confirm that the issue has not already been reported on github.
