I have logged in with a user role not having “Desk Acess”. While uploading attachments from attach button in the issue registration system only files extension other than ZIP is uploading. While uploading other files like xls, docx, gif, etc a file path is shown in attach button but while uploading a zip file uploader pops up, and after selecting the zip file it shows nothing in attach button and does not attach any zip file. In the console, the same message is thrown for both of the files but only the zip file is not attached. After Giving desk access to the same user role, the user can able to upload a zip file also. Please go after this issue. If it is not an issue then please suggest to me the way to upload a zip file from the user who does not have desk access.
