Cannot change project status - link to Issue github

Hello,

I have a problem - I cannot change the status of any project.
Latest update didn’t fix the issue.

It will change status if you have at least one task is closed

When I make a Task, and close it, the whole Project status changes to Completed.

Isn’t it possible to freely change the Project status?
I see it as a bug not a feature
