Cannot Create a Shortcut in Workspace – No Save Option & "We Do Not Allow Editing" Message

Frappe Version: 15.51.0
ERPNext Version: 15.46.2

I am trying to create a shortcut in a workspace, but I do not see a Save option. Instead, I get the following alert message:

“We do not allow editing of this document. Simply click the Edit button on the workspace page to make your workspace editable and customize it as you wish.”

However, I do not see an Edit button on the workspace page. This means I cannot modify or create new shortcuts.
