Cannot install custom app on v11

Has anyone experienced the same?

No.
I have multiple Custom apps on V11 which we tested.

I was able to install/Uninstall custom app.

I faced an issue like this but it was from the Custom App git pull side and not from V11 bench side.

Can you try doing manual git pull and check it returns success or any error.
